How do we make the gospel accessible to people with disabilities?

The church cares about people. We want everyone to be safe, cared for, and most importantly we want them to know the good news of the gospel. The fact is, we know what we know. We all start with a certain scope of knowledge. A person who grew up in a safe home may not understand what it is like to have always lived in survival mode. A person who is over all healthy doesn't know what it is like to be chronically ill. A person who is not disabled will not know what it's like to be disabled. That's ok! We all have a beautifully unique perspective. So, how do we make the gospel accessible to those with disabilities?

The biblical mandate is clear:
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.   Matthew 28:19,20 NKJV
The gospel is for everyone, everywhere. Amen!
